We offer both in-stock and special-order items:

  • In-stock items: Processing and delivery take approximately 2–3 business days.
  • Special-order items: These may take 7–14 business days for processing and delivery.

Delivery Area & Fees:

  • Free delivery is available within a 5-mile radius of Arima.
  • Deliveries outside this area will incur a $25.00 delivery fee.

We also provide custom orders, including items such as t-shirts, mugs, and more.

Payment Policy

  • LINX and debit cards
  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

Important: All items must be paid in full upon delivery.

Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy on eligible items:

Personal items (such as customized products or hygiene-related goods) are final sale and not eligible for return.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

$50.00 (extended delivery areas)

All custom orders take approximately 7–14 business days.

Customers may choose to pick up in the Arima area or request delivery.

Delivery Fees:

$25.00 (local delivery)

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
